Terms & Conditions
Please review our booking terms, cancellation policy, and house rules.
Reservations & Booking
Reservations can be made online through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp.
A valid government-issued identification document is required at check-in.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation or check in.
A one-night deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposit details will be communicated at the time of reservation.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: 2:00 PM.
Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon).
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact the front desk in advance to arrange.
Valid identification is required at check-in for all guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged the equivalent of one night's stay.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Group bookings of 5 or more rooms require a minimum of 7 days' cancellation notice.
Payment
Accepted payment methods: Cash (Naira), bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and Verve.
POS terminals are available at the front desk for card payments.
Full payment is due at check-in unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
Incidentals, room service, and any additional charges will be settled at check-out.
Room Policies
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel.
Maximum occupancy limits must be respected for each room type. Details are provided at the time of booking.
Additional guests beyond the stated room capacity will incur a surcharge.
Pets are not permitted on the premises.
The hotel is not liable for valuables left unsecured in guest rooms. A safe is provided in each room for secure storage of personal belongings.
Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay.
Repair or replacement costs will be assessed and charged to the guest accordingly.
The hotel is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Pool & Facility Rules
Swimming pool hours: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool area.
Proper swimming attire is required. Street clothing is not permitted in the pool.
Glass items, bottles, and breakable containers are not permitted in the pool area.
Use of the gym and fitness facilities is at the guest's own risk. The hotel is not liable for injuries sustained during exercise.
Dining
Restaurant dress code: Smart Casual. Guests wearing swimwear or overly casual attire may be asked to change before being seated.
Room service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Special dietary requirements, allergies, or food preferences should be communicated to the restaurant team in advance.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the restaurant or bar areas.
Events & Functions
Event and function bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the date and venue.
The final confirmed guest count must be submitted at least 72 hours before the event.
External vendors, caterers, decorators, and entertainers must be approved by hotel management prior to the event.
Noise levels must be kept reasonable after 11:00 PM in consideration of other hotel guests.
General
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a guest's stay in the event of misconduct, violation of hotel policies, or behavior that endangers other guests or staff.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Management reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page.
