Reservations & Booking
You can book through our website, call us at +234 913 444 8233, or send a WhatsApp message. Our reservations team is available 24/7.
Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged one night's rate. No-shows are charged the full booking amount.
We accept cash (Naira), bank transfers, Visa, Mastercard, and Verve cards. POS terminals are available at the front desk.
Yes, we require a one-night deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due at check-in.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please contact the front desk to arrange this.
Yes, subject to availability. Early check-in before 10:00 AM or late check-out after 4:00 PM may incur an additional charge.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in. Valid government-issued ID is required.
Amenities & Services
Complimentary breakfast is included with Executive and Diplomatic Suites. For Deluxe and Double Deluxe rooms, breakfast can be added for ₦8,000 per person.
Yes, our outdoor swimming pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM for hotel guests. Pool towels are provided.
Yes, complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the hotel, including all rooms, the lobby, restaurant, and pool area.
Yes, we provide airport transfer service from Port Harcourt International Airport. This is complimentary for Diplomatic Suite guests. For other room types, the fee is ₦15,000 per trip.
Yes, we offer complimentary parking for hotel guests. Valet parking is also available.

Our Mansonia Restaurant serves Nigerian and international cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Lobby Bar & Lounge is open from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Room service is available 24/7.

Yes, we have a Grand Ballroom (300 capacity), Conference Hall (150 capacity), Boardroom (20 capacity), and Poolside Terrace (100 capacity). Contact our events team for details.
Yes, our conference facilities are available for hourly or daily rental. AV equipment, WiFi, and refreshment packages are included.
